By using Glyphon, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Ownership of Assets

Users on paid plans retain full commercial ownership of generated icon assets. Users on trial or free plans are granted a limited, non-commercial license for personal exploration and preview only.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Glyphon to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Glyphon provides AI-generated assets "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the failure of generated assets to meet specific platform store requirements.
